1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Feverhub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Feverhub. The Platform is currently in invite-only beta; access requires a valid invite code.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

4. Token System & Payments

Feverhub uses an internal token system for billing. Tokens are consumed when generating videos. Token purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Create deepfakes of real individuals without their explicit consent
  • Produce content that exploits minors in any way
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
  • Circumvent content moderation or safety measures
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated through the Platform is produced by AI models. You retain ownership of content you create, subject to these terms. We are not liable for the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated content. By using the showcase feature, you grant us a license to display your featured content on the Platform.

7. Feverstar System

Feverstars are AI character personas created using uploaded reference images. You must have all necessary rights to images you upload. Feverstars are subject to review and may be rejected if they violate our content policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, and underlying technology are owned by Feverhub. User-generated content remains the property of its creators, subject to the license granted above.

9. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict content that violates these terms. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for repeated violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Remaining token balance is forfeited upon termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
